It's almost time for us to leave for the funeral home for Tommy's visitation. It's going to be a long evening, and tomorrow is going to be an early start followed by another long day.
In the CHD community, you hear the songs and read the poems. This one is so touching and beautiful. I've decided to have this played for Tommy at his service tomorrow.

I only found your blog today, and though we don't know each other, I just wanted to reach out to you. My prayers will be with you and your family, and of course, with Tommy.
That is a beautiful song, Rene. I've never heard it before. It will be a great tribute to Tommy and a comfort to your family.
I wish I could be there to go to Tommy's funeral. It's going to be a very difficult couple of days for you and your family. I wish you peace and comfort and know that you are held.
