I have a good story for you - I was born in 1954, with what they later figured out was a Single Ventricle Heart & then got Pulmonary Hypertension. The first cath was when I was 2. I almost died a few times, the first from pneumonia at 4 months. But - here I am! I survived long enough to get a heart/double lung transplant in 2000, when I was 45. <BR/>I know it will not be an easy life for tommy, or for you, but he CAN make it through the pain & frustration.
